Ben McCarthy

Ben McCarthy is Senia Lawyer’s newest member of the team, who is ambitious and eager to further his skill set within the industry.

As a final year law student at Deakin Waterfront, Ben offers a greater legalistic insight into the role of legal assistant, and enjoys learning about the practical aspects of the law. Due to his understanding of the industry, and the potential impacts and ramifications it can have, he is constantly striving to perform at his very best, while simultaneously treating clients with the compassion and respect they deserve when facing these adversities.

He is responsible for the marketing and operations of our firm and maintains strong and healthy relationships with our clients, both present and prospective, as well as the Geelong community.


Joseph graduated from Victoria University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts (Sports Administration) and continued study on a part time basis at Victoria University gaining a Bachelor of Business (Management) in 2008. Prior to working in law Joseph has worked in Sports Administration for over a decade at both the State and National level.   Joseph embarked on further studies at Victoria University and in 2014 completed a Bachelor of Laws (Graduate) Degree and undertook Practical Legal Training at Leo Cussen Centre for Law in 2015 attaining a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Joseph was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in February 2016
