Joint Ventures

A joint venture is a business agreement in which the parties agree to commence or develop an enterprise. Normally they consequently share revenues, or expenses and assets. The parties can this do in their own rights or by a Company such as a Joint Venture Company (limited by guarantee with the parties holding shares).

In these enterprises we can only represent one party and we cannot act for unrepresented parties who should seek their own independent advice. We do this because we focus on doing our best for the client who instructs us and we do not want to be compromised. Although all might seem harmonious at the start of a venture sometimes things go wrong.
